Why PPEI beats stock
- More peak horsepower on the dyno — on the same stock exhaust, PPEI’s 93-octane calibration made 89.220 hp vs stock’s 85.610 hp (+3.610 hp at peak). Add an HMF single exhaust and the same PPEI file reached 90.730 hp (+5.120 hp vs stock).
- Sharper throttle response — stock mapping softens tip-in; PPEI calibrations tighten the connection between right foot and driveline so the RMAX feels immediate instead of delayed.
- Stronger usable powerband — utility machines live in the midrange. At a mid-speed dyno marker (29.289 mph), stock made 77.802 hp; PPEI on stock exhaust made 80.382 hp; PPEI with HMF single made 86.262 hp.
- Built for real RMAX work — this is a utility-type vehicle tune file for stronger, more responsive day-to-day use — not a race-only map that ignores how these machines are used.
- Exhaust-aware when you want more — the only aftermarket modification we list for this platform is exhaust. Stock-exhaust customers still get the PPEI gain over factory; HMF single is the stacked path shown on our dyno chart.
