Proven Performance Gains

We don't just guess; we test. Our in-house Dynojet testing proves exactly what our tuning does for your machine. On a stock 2023 Defender HD10, the factory tune hits a hard wall at 65 mph, completely cutting power. With the PPEI tune, power holds strong, pushing the machine to a top speed of 73.3 mph—an increase of nearly 7 mph.

When paired with proper clutching, the results are even more staggering. A 2023 HD10 with a PPEI Tune and upgraded clutching lays down nearly 71 rear-wheel horsepower, a massive 9.7 HP gain over the stock 61 HP baseline, pushing top speeds past 75 mph.

In the dirt, this translates to real-world acceleration. Our VBOX testing shows the PPEI-tuned 2023 HD10 shaving nearly a full second off its 0-60 mph time, dropping from 14.84 seconds down to 13.93 seconds.

How to Tune Your Defender

We offer multiple ways to get PPEI tuning onto your Can-Am Defender:

• Dynojet Power Vision 3 (PV3): The easiest and most popular method. The PV3 is a handheld flash device that plugs directly into your diagnostic port. We offer specific PV3 units for 2017-2021 models and 2022-2026 models.
• HP Tuners: For those who prefer HP Tuners, we support flashing via the MPVI2, MPVI3, and MPVI4 devices. This requires a BRP OBDII adapter cable and 4 universal flashing credits.
• Bench Flash Service: Don't want to buy a tuning device? Remove your ECU and mail it to our facility. We will flash the PPEI tune directly to the computer and overnight it back to you.

Note: At this time, our Defender HD10 tuning is designed exclusively for stock machines. We are not currently offering custom tuning for aftermarket modifications (such as big turbos or injectors) on this platform.
