The HMF Racing Titan SS Big Core Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust for the Can-Am Maverick R, sold by PPEI. This is HMF's Titan SS series, Big Core Dual Turbo Back system with a round can and center mount.

HMF says this system drastically cuts weight and adds 16-19 HP (HMF's claim, not a PPEI dyno result). HMF also says pairing it with a DynoJet Boost Commander (sold separately) adds about 25 HP more (HMF's claim).

Mufflers

The Titan system uses dual 5 inch stainless steel muffler bodies, each housing a 2.5 inch Big Core that improves airflow. HMF describes the sound as aggressive, with a deep, rich tone.

Downpipe

A 3 inch downpipe with a FlexJoint reduces back pressure on the turbo to keep it spooled for throttle response. An O2 bung on the downpipe keeps the factory sensor location.

Colored vinyl stickers

Includes a five-pack of colored vinyl stickers made for the HMF cutout on the back, so you can match the look of your vehicle.

Tuning

HMF says fuel tuning is not typically required when installing an HMF exhaust on this machine. Other modifications to the machine may require fuel tuning to make sure it runs properly and to avoid damage to the exhaust system. PPEI also sells Maverick R engine tuning separately. This exhaust does not require a PPEI tune and is not bundled with one.
