Garrett CFD tested it for maximum flow and thermal efficiency, and the cap design makes spring changes and service easier. Valve and bushing parts are replaceable, the diaphragm is easy to replace, and liquid cooled actuator ports cut body temperature by up to 52% on severe applications, per Garrett.
