Garrett G42-1585 G-Series II 79mm Supercore (938339-5003S)
GRT938339-5003SThe G-Series II G42-1585 pairs a 79mm compressor inducer with a Garrett rating of 475 to 1585 HP on 2.0L to 7.0L engines.
It uses Gen I compressor and turbine housings, and Garrett's new compressor aero flows up to 10% more than Gen I at peak pressure ratio and peak turbo rpm. A calibration is required to turn that flow into horsepower. Gen I owners can also upgrade with just the CHRA (938338-5003S), per Garrett.
