GRT870702-6001Garrett's direct fit intercooler for the 2015+ F-150 and Raptor 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost has an 83% larger core than stock. It carries CARB EO D-794, which covers 2015-2016 F-150 2.7L and 2011-2016 F-150 3.5L.
Garrett estimates a 30% reduction in pressure drop, and its optimized end tanks improve flow through the core. It supports up to 750 horsepower and reuses the stock bolts, hoses and clamps. A fully machined drain plug, removed with a 3/8 open ended wrench, clears the condensation buildup common on the F-150. The active grille shutters must be removed to install it.
