Fleece SureFlo Performance Sending Unit for 1998-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins

Put an aftermarket lift pump on your 1998-2002 Cummins and now it starves under a quarter tank? This sending unit stops that.

Draw straws and tank sumps both have drawbacks, including the 1/4 tank issues that cause the pump to cavitate and pull air. SureFlo is built to work with externally mounted aftermarket lift pumps and fits right into the stock sending unit spot. Factory style quick disconnects adapt your stock lines at the tank, with no cutting or drilling.

SureFlo draws and returns fuel through the bucket at the base of the unit, so the pump always sees fuel. One way check valves let fuel flow in, even at the lowest of fuel levels. It also works for trucks without an in-tank pump that need a new level sender, or for custom lines run straight to the tank.

Note: SureFlo is not recommended for use with aftermarket lift pumps that exceed a 200 GPH rating. (Fleece's product page says it has been tested with aftermarket pumps including AirDog II-5G with flow rates up to 220 GPH and Fass up to 200 GPH.)

Note: For MY 1998 trucks, this sending unit will work for both 12-valve and 24-valve models. The stock sending unit in both cases will have a range between 20-220 ohms.
