Fleece Charging Circuit Harness for 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke

The Fleece charging circuit harness is a drop-in replacement with no cutting or splicing. Fleece designs and produces it in-house with fully automated wire cutting and terminal crimping. It fits 2011-2016 Ford F250/350/450/550 with the 6.7L Powerstroke.
Problem overview
- Complaint: Charging circuit MIL illuminated intermittingly or continuously on the dash
- Cause: Damaged, stressed, chaffed, or broken charging circuit sense wires in the OEM harness, routed from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to the alternator, causing an intermittent or continuously low voltage reading to the PCM
- Description: Because of the routing, exposure and general lack of protection on those small sense wires, damage is common. The OE harness routing is cumbersome and extremely difficult to replace and diagnose. The wires run in a plastic channel on the underside of the engine and are exposed between the channels
