Fleece Cold Weather Upgrade Kit for 2007.5-2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins

Brutal cold calls for a second grid heater on the Fleece 6.7L intake.

This add-on cold weather kit for the Fleece intake and grid heater kit provides proven engine startability down to -35 degrees centigrade. The heater design and placement in the intake air stream are optimized for efficient heating. Fleece says it reaches the same cold start levels as other grid heating kits with lower wattage and less strain on your grid heater relay.

• 32°F (0°C): single heater, PASS
• 23°F (-5°C): single heater, PASS
• 5°F (-15°C): cold weather dual heater, PASS
• -13°F (-25°C): cold weather dual heater, PASS
• -31°F (-35°C): cold weather dual heater, PASS

All testing was performed on a 2024 Ram 2500 with the block heater in use and sufficiently charged 12V batteries. Oil and weight: Freedom Series 100% Synthetic 10W-30.
