Fleece Freedom Series Cylinder Head (Driver Side) for 2006-2010 Chevy/GMC LBZ/LMM Duramax

A worn out LBZ or LMM driver side head gets replaced here with no core to ship.

It's built for the daily driver or a towing truck. Fleece gives each head new valve guides, springs and seals, a multi-angle valve job, and a pressure and leak test.
