Fleece Freedom Series Cylinder Head (Street) for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins

Coolant under the valve cover on a 5.9L is a freeze plug problem. This head has 11 screw in plugs.

Each Freedom Series head is built in Fleece's cylinder head machine shop and guaranteed to meet or exceed factory specifications. They're inspected, pressure checked, decked, painted and ready to bolt on. The Street head is made for a daily driver or heavy duty towing and is rated for use up to 700hp.

Street head includes

• 11 screw in freeze plugs (eliminates coolant leaks)
• Hardened, oversized press-in valve seats
• New Cummins valve springs
• New valve guide liners

Note: If your engine configuration is exceeding factory RPM limits, a Performance Series head with higher valve spring rates is required.

Note: Head gasket not included. Fleece recommends Cummins 3958645 or Fleece FPE-CUMM-HG-5.9. Core and crate return required; all paperwork and instructions for return are included with the new cylinder head. See Fleece's core charge policy. You are responsible for all return shipping costs of the core.

FOLLOW ALL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. Valve lash required. Back off adjusters on rocker arms or damage will occur to the cylinder head. For all applications over stock horsepower, Fleece recommends ARP625 or ARP L19 12mm head studs.
