Step 1: Place Your Unlock Order

To begin, head over to our website and purchase the unlock tailored specifically for your vehicle.

  • Go to the ordering page and select the unlock for your exact truck or vehicle model.
  • You'll need to provide:
    • Your vehicle's full 17-digit VIN (you can find it on the dashboard, driver's door jamb, or your registration).
    • The 4-digit code on the back of your USB security dongle.
  • Submit your order and payment—we'll confirm receipt via email.
  • Pro Tip: Double-check your VIN and code to ensure everything is accurate and avoid any hold-ups. This should only take a few minutes!

Step 2: Wait for File Preparation

Once we receive your order, our team will prepare everything for you.

  • We'll create the latest stock calibration file based on your VIN and upload it to your account.
  • This usually takes 24 hours or less—we'll notify you by email when it's ready.
  • In the meantime, gather the items listed below for your session.

Step 3: Schedule Your Remote Unlock Session

When your files are ready, we'll get in touch to set up a quick remote session using TeamViewer.

  • We'll email or call you to book a convenient time—sessions typically last 20-40 minutes.
  • Download TeamViewer from teamviewer.com if you don't have it (it's free and secure).
  • During the session:
    • One of our friendly techs will connect remotely to your computer.
    • If this is your first unlock, we'll install the Debeta software and drivers for you.
    • We'll guide you step-by-step through connecting the dongle, cables, and completing the unlock in real-time.
  • Pro Tip: Be at your vehicle with a stable setup, and don't hesitate to ask questions—we're here to make it easy!

What You'll Need Before Your Session

To make sure everything runs smoothly, have these ready:

  • A Windows 10 or 11 laptop with at least two free USB-A ports (fully charged and updated).
  • A reliable internet connection where your vehicle is parked—a mobile hotspot works great.
  • A quality battery charger or maintainer hooked up to your vehicle's battery and switched on (this keeps the voltage above 12V and prevents most issues).
  • Needle-nose pliers or a fuse puller for any simple connections we might need.

After Your Session: What to Expect

  • Your vehicle should now be unlocked—follow our tech's advice to test it out.
  • For any future unlocks, the software is already set up, so it'll be even faster.
