We carry out manufacturing on high-accuracy CNC equipment, specifically our world-class Swiss-Style CNC Lathe, holding machining tolerances extremely tight to maintain perfect hydraulic integrity. Each valve body is carefully deburred, cleaned, and assembled in a controlled environment to prevent contamination. We sleeve or replace critical valves with upgraded hardened components to combat bore wear and sticking, which are common failure points in high-mileage and high-power applications.

We verify and document line pressure, shift timing, solenoid response, and internal leaks before any unit ever ships.
