Anyone can claim horsepower. We prove it. Every number below comes from back-to-back pulls on our Dynojet chassis dyno — same machine, same day, same 93 octane pump fuel. The only thing that changed between the stock run and the tuned run is the PPEI calibration. No exhaust, no intake, no clutch work, no hardware of any kind. This is what the tune alone delivers on a 2024–2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000.

Look closely at three things. First, the peak: 99.3 HP tuned vs. 95.1 HP stock, a 4.4% gain from optimized fueling and ignition timing alone. Second, the mid-range: where the stock curve sags between 25 and 55 mph — the heart of trail and dune riding — the PPEI curve stays flat and full. Third, the far right of the chart: at roughly 74 mph the stock calibration slams the door and power falls off a cliff, while the PPEI tune keeps pulling cleanly past 75 mph thanks to the raised rev and speed limiters.

The Faster You Go, the More You Gain

Broken into speed bands, the data reveals the most important pattern of all: the PPEI advantage grows as speed climbs. You pick up +4.2 HP (+6.3%) right off the bottom at 10–20 mph, +5.6 HP through the 40s, +7.0 HP (+9.5%) at 60–70 mph, and +10.0 HP average (+17.7%) above 70 mph. High-speed passes, long dune climbs, and top-end pulls are exactly where the factory calibration runs out of breath — and exactly where the PPEI tune delivers its biggest payoff.

Horsepower is abstract — time is not. Using the timestamps in the dyno data, we measured how long each configuration takes to sweep through identical speed ranges. The PPEI tune wins every single sweep: 0.33 seconds quicker from 15–60 mph, 0.56 seconds quicker from 20–70 mph, and 0.69 seconds quicker from 15–73 mph. In a side-by-side pull on the sand or a passing move on the trail, that is multiple machine-lengths of separation — from a calibration change alone.
