How It Works

1. Purchase the CM2450B ECM Service through PPEI Tuning.
2. Download and complete the HP Tuners shipping form (available after purchase or on the HP Tuners product page).
3. Remove your ECM from the vehicle and package it securely with the completed form inside the box.
4. Clearly write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.
5. Ship your ECM to HP Tuners (you are responsible for shipping to HP Tuners).
6. HP Tuners upgrades your ECM (allow up to 7 business days processing time, not including shipping) and returns it to you.
7. Reinstall the upgraded ECM in your truck.
8. Purchase and apply the required Universal Credits, connect using your interface and cable, and begin tuning with VCM Suite BETA.

Requirements (Sold Separately)

• Interface: HP Tuners MPVI3 or MPVI4 (MPVI2 / MPVI2+ are not compatible)
• Cable: 2018+ Dodge Smart Access Cable
• Licensing: 6 Universal Credits (required to license the upgraded ECM)
• Software: Latest version of VCM Suite BETA (free download from HP Tuners)

Important Notes

• This service is performed at the owner’s risk. HP Tuners and PPEI Tuning are not responsible for the vehicle, powertrain, electronics, or how the module is used or calibrated.
• ECMs may show normal signs of weathering and wear from their factory location.
• In some cases, a dealer re-sync may be required after reinstallation.
• Only your original ECM from the vehicle will be accepted. Spare ECMs cannot be used.
• While your ECM is being serviced, a spare ECM cannot be temporarily installed and relearned.
