In order for your PPEI dealer account to be tax-exempt, PPEI requires you to provide a resalers certificate based on your state. Some states do not have sales tax. Some states' resalers certificates expire. Please provide PPEI with the resell certificate for which state(s) your company is physically located.

If you do not provide PPEI with the correct sales tax resale certificate or simply do not provide a sales tax resale certificate and you are based in a state that charges sales tax - you will be charged sales tax on your purchases until you provide PPEI with the correct resale certificate.
